Standalone tool with a simple website stile user interface used to report bugs, errors, features or any comment related with the pipeline work flow, every report becomes a ticket entity in shotgun, the app also can handle a file loading and even a live screen capture.
Also this tool gathers technical info from the sender computer in order to give more details about the problem.

A simple QT dialog is used to handle the report messege send, every report message is atacched to a Ticket entity item in shotgun. This ticket entity items allows people tacking care for technical support to assits for new errors in system software or pipeline needs.

Every ticket sent the app, hold the user information used to login into appLauncher start screen, this user name and password must be stored as a shotgun user to validate usage.
